U.S. Dollar amends the situation in pairing with the Rouble

With the start of the trading session at the MICEX currency section, the Russian currency started the day with growth, however in the first minutes of the trades, the advantage turned to the USD’s side. Ongoing correction in oil and reduction of the pair EUR/USD today, are against the Rouble.

Thus, trading session for the USD started at the level of 29.5 roubles, which is 10 kopeks less than the level yesterday, however the Dollar regained from the fall quickly; the Euro started movement at the level of 40.64 roubles, (- 3 kopeks.)

Dual currency basket has remained almost unchanged, at the level of 34.59 roubles.

Therefore, the pair Rouble/Dollar reflects the situation in the pair EUR/USD at Forex.

Most likely the Rouble/Dollar will not go beyond the channel of  29.45-29.85 roubles for the USD.
