Rouble is steady at the beginning of the week

With the start of the trading session at the MICEX currency section the Russian Rouble rate remains steady in pairing with the USD due to the effect of uncertainty at the world capital markets.

Thus, trading session for the USD started at the level of 31.41 roubles, which is slightly less than the level of Friday; the EUR started movement at the level of 41.62 roubles (+3 kopeks).

Dual currency basket value has not changed compared with the level on Friday and amounted to 36 roubles.  Tranquility in the pair Rouble/Dollar is explained by the lack of progressive movement at Forex.  Presumably the pair Rouble/Dollar will be in the channel of 31.350-31.50 roubles for the USD at the trading session on Monday.
