Rouble declines in pairing with USD at the end of the week

With the start of the trading session at the MICEX currency section the Russian Rouble rate has declined against the USD amid preservation of the negative situation at the global capital markets.

Thus, trading session for the USD started at the level of 31.32 roubles, which is 12 kopeks more than the closing session level yesterday; the EUR started movement at the level of 41.63 roubles, almost unchanged. Dual currency basket value increased by 8 kopeks on Friday and amounted to 35.95 roubles.  Thus, domestic currency is still under the pressure caused by external situation and negative movement of the pair EUR/USD at Forex; the Euro is at the lows of eight weeks. Oil prices have not provided full support to the Rouble either yet. Presumably the pair Rouble/Dollar will not go beyond the range of 31.10-31.45 roubles for the USD at the trading session on Friday.
