Rouble continues to decline in pairing with USD

With the start of the trading session at the MICEX currency section the Russian Rouble rate continues to decline. Oil factor does not provide support to the Rouble either, as the price for the "black gold" remains close to the lows of two weeks; in addition, negative sentiments of players, caused by the Irish problems did not facilitate to whip up interest to the Rouble.

Thus, trading session for the USD started at the level of 31.28 roubles, which is 20 kopeks more than the level yesterday; the EUR started movement at the level of 42.25 roubles (-5 kopeks).

Dual currency basket value increased by 8 kopeks today and amounted to 36.2 roubles.

As long as the focus of investors' attention in the global capital markets will not shift from the debts of Eurozone to the more positive issues, situation in the currency section will remain unchanged.

Presumably the pair Rouble/Dollar will be in the channel of 31.00-31.35
