Rouble continues to decline against USD

With the start of the trading session at the MICEX currency section the Russian Rouble rate continues to decline against the USD under the pressure caused by the steep drop of the Euro at the Forex yesterday.

Thus, trading session for the USD started at the level of 31.33 roubles, which is 7 kopeks more than the level yesterday; the EUR started movement at the level of 42 roubles (-21 kopeks).

Dual currency basket value decreased by 7 kopeks on Wednesday and amounted to 36.14 roubles. The fact that the Rouble began to rise against dual currency basket can be considered as positive - to all appearance investors do not lose hopes for the global economy restoration and expect market growth. Presumably the pair Rouble/Dollar will be in the range of 31.15-31.45 roubles for the USD at the trading session today.
