Rouble consolidates in pairing with USD on Thursday

With the start of the trading session at the MICEX currency section the Russian Rouble rate rose against the USD and the Euro amid investors’ positive sentiments at the world capital markets.

Thus, trading session for the USD started at the level of 31.3 roubles, which is 12 kopeks less than the level yesterday; the EUR started movement at the level of 41.15 roubles, (-13 kopeks).

Dual currency basket value declined on the average by 12 kopeks today and amounted to 35.73 rouble

Therefore, stabilization of investors’ sentiments and affirmative movement of “black gold” had a favourable effect on the exchange rates. Presumably the pair Rouble/Dollar will be in the channel of 31.18-31.45 roubles for the USD at the trading session today.
